Sessions focus on

Warm up and technique

Strength, mobility and surf specific movement, plus pop up, stance and rotation for controlled turns.

Peak positioning and wave selection

Find the peak, pick the best waves and work a busy lineup to catch more.

Speed and flow

Body position, trim and weighting to generate speed and keep it.

Turns and manoeuvres

Deeper bottom turns, stronger top turns, cutbacks and snaps.

Between Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach. Your coach picks the best spot on the day for the conditions.

What happens if the waves are bad?

We use the surf skate and land training to work on your turns, so the muscle memory carries straight back into the water.
