Who can join the NDIS Surf Access Program?
NDIS participants of all abilities. Sessions are personalised to each participant.
What ratios do you offer?
Maximum 1:1 private, or 1:2 semi private where appropriate.
How is it paid?
NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits apply, and we invoice your Plan Manager.
Safety and booking
Are your coaches screened?
Yes. Every coach holds a current NDIS Worker Screening clearance and a Blue Card, and is ASI accredited.
What if the weather is bad?
We coach in light rain whenever it's safe, and reschedule for large surf, strong wind or lightning.
What is the cancellation policy?
Give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. The full fee applies inside 24 hours.
