A 5 week program on Saturday mornings for beginner and advanced beginner women who want to build confidence in the surf, alongside other women.

Who it's for

  • Beginners: you're new or fairly new to surfing and want to catch waves and stand up with confidence.
  • Advanced beginners: you catch waves on your own, pop up confidently and are starting to turn.
  • Women who want to progress in a supportive group, not a crowded lesson.

What you get

  • 5 coached sessions with our expert coaches, one level at a time.
  • Small groups split by level, so the coaching suits you.
  • Land based training, including surf skate, if the waves aren't working.
  • A WhatsApp group with weekly conditions, session times and extra surf meetups.
  • A group of women to surf with long after the program ends.

What is Surf Sisters?

Our women's surf program: 5 coached sessions on Saturday mornings at Peregian Beach, in small groups split by level.

How much is Surf Sisters?

$250 per person for the 5 week block, which works out at $50 a session.

When and where are the sessions?

Saturdays from 10 October to 7 November 2026 at Peregian Beach. Advanced Beginner runs 6:30 to 7:45am and Beginner runs 8:00 to 9:15am.

Levels and more

Is Surf Sisters for beginners?

It's for beginner and advanced beginner surfers. There's a Beginner group for women who are new or fairly new to surfing, and an Advanced Beginner group for women who can already catch waves on their own.

Which level should I choose?

Choose Beginner if you're new to surfing or still learning to stand up. Choose Advanced Beginner if you pop up confidently and are starting to turn. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.

What happens if the waves are bad?

We only surf in good conditions. If the waves aren't working, we run land based training instead, including surf skate sessions.
