Sessions focus on

Warm up and technique

A dynamic warm up for flexibility, paddle strength and smoother pop ups, then stance and balance.

Ocean awareness and safety

Rips, tides and currents, and how to use them to your advantage.

Paddle power

Turtle rolls, duck dives and pop overs, so you make it out the back with confidence.

Green waves and turning

Angle your take off, find the right line and keep speed across the face.

Wave reading and positioning

Spot the right waves, where to sit and when to paddle.

Guided sessions

Coaches in the water with you, giving feedback the whole session.

Surf skate training

When the surf isn't ideal, we practise turns on the surf skate.

Boards provided

Use one of our boards suited to your level, or bring your own.

Dates and prices change with each block. Email us or message us on WhatsApp and we'll send you the next dates and the price.

Where do sessions run?

Between Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach. Your coach picks the best spot on the day for the conditions.

Good to know

What happens if the waves are bad?

We use the surf skate and land training to work on your turns, so the muscle memory carries straight back into the water.

Do I need my own board?

No. Use one of our boards suited to your level, or bring your own if you're ready to step up.
