Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After this 24-hour period, all bookings are non-refundable.

Session times and the daily schedule may be adjusted due to URBNSURF wave availability, weather conditions, or operational requirements. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Sunshine Coast Elite Surf Coaching reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary to ensure the best possible coaching experience.
