This program has been developed to combine targeted strength training with expert surf coaching. By linking specialised strength training with surf coaching and video analysis, this program creates a balanced, performance-driven approach to progression, helping intermediate and advanced surfers maximise their performance in the water while staying injury-free. The perfect synergy to help dedicated surfers reach their full potential.

TARGETED STRENGTH TRAINING FOR SURFERS

FOCUS:

  • Semi-private group training: Focus on each surfer and their individual needs and starting point. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

  • Developing strength, explosive power, and reactiveness for faster pop-ups and more powerful paddling.

  • Working on mobility, nutrition, and recovery so you can improve not only your surf performance, but also how you feel in your daily life.

ELITE SURF COACHING & VIDEO ANALYSIS

FOCUS:

  • Wave Reading & Positioning: Learn how to spot the best waves, where to sit, and when to paddle.

  • In-Water Coaching: Instant feedback while you’re out there to accelerate your progress.

  • Video Analysis: Sessions filmed 2 times each 6 week block, for analysis and performance review.

  • Advanced Technique: Detailed breakdowns to sharpen technique in all ares of your surfing.

  • Supportive Small Group: Train & surf with like-minded people, push each other, and share the stoke!  for intermediate to advanced surfers wanting to take their surfing to the next level.
